CAL JUNE gladly accepts returns of new, unused merchandise accompanied by proof of purchase or original receipt, free of charge. To start a return, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order information and email titled ‘Return Authorization’ in order to receive a return label. Any Returns must be within 14 days of receiving your order. Private sale and final sale products cannot be returned or refunded.
You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your return. If item(s) are unused and returned in original condition, your order will be approved for a full refund (shipping non-refundable). You can expect your refund within 3-5 business days after approval and issued in the form of original payment or Gift Card. Paypal Exchanges must be even - any balance will need to be charged to a credit card. We are unable to process exchanges for international orders.
RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH A GIFT CARD
For returning an item purchased with a Gift Card, the refund is issued as an eGift and emailed as soon as the return is received and approved.
ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
Merchandise must meet our requirements for return:
- Full-price and sale items in their original condition, with all tags attached, may be returned for a full refund (shipping non-refundable) or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
- Private Sale and Final-Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
- Worn, altered or washed items cannot be returned or exchanged
- Items returned smelling of odor or smoke cannot be returned or exchanged
- We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements.
The cost of shipping for Exchanges are free within the U.S. ONLY (ground shipping). If you need the new item(s) immediately and require next day or 2-day shipping, you are required to pay the shipping cost for the exchanged item. If you are exchanging for a higher-priced product, your credit card will be charged the balance. If you live outside the U.S. or wish to use a different form of payment, please contact Client Services.
- Online returns are refunded to your PayPal account
- We only accept even exchanges for PayPal. We are unable to process exchanges for international orders.
REFUNDS & CREDITS
You will receive your refund in the original form of payment or receive an eGift receipt. Once we receive your return, we will send you an email confirmation and process your refund within 3-5 business days. Your bank may require additional time to post this transaction to your account.
We will gladly accommodate a one-time price adjustment on full-price items within 7 days of the order date. To receive a price adjustment, please contact Client Services and refer to the order number on your invoice/packing slip - it can also be found in your order confirmation email. Private Sale and Final Sale items are excluded.
SHIPPING ERRORS & DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Your happiness is our number one priority. In the unlikely event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it or accept it for a full refund at our expense. CAL JUNE will provide a prepaid UPS or USPS return label to expedite returns within the U.S. only. To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact Client Services. CAL JUNE clients using a third-party shipping service are solely responsible for any duties, taxes and shipping cost that may occur. CAL JUNE is not liable for any damages from a third-party shipping service.
